Digital purchases
Successfully delivered digital files are not refundable because they cannot be returned after access or download.
If a file is damaged, incomplete, duplicated, materially different from its description, or not the file ordered, contact us with your order number. We will repair or replace the file. Duplicate charges will be reviewed and corrected when confirmed.
